My client, a rural Hospital in Western Illinois is seeking a Permanent Onsite RN Director of Quality to join their team. Required is an ASN and at least 10 years nursing experience and 5 or more years leadership experience within quality at an acute care hospital. Preferred is a BSN, MSN, CPHQ and 10 or more years of leadership experience within quality at an acute care facility. The position will report up to the CNO and will have 4 direct reports. The community is a rural University town with affordable living and a tight-knit community. The area offers access to many outdoor recreation activities and Amtrak to Chicago for trips to the city. The selected candidate will be rewarded with a generous base salary and benefits package.
