My client a Critical Access Hospital in Montana is seeking a Permanent Director of Surgical Services to join their team. Leadership experience within Surgical Services is required preferably in a Critical Access Hospital. Also, preferred is a BSN and CNOR Certification. The area offers a family-friendly, small-town community situated on the Yellowstone River. The location has excellent fishing for many warm-water species, including the huge prehistoric paddlefish. The selected candidate will be rewarded with a generous base salary ranging from $102k up to $144k DOE with a sign-on/relo/retention bonus and benefits package.
