My client, an acute care hospital in Southwest Louisiana, is seeking a Permanent Director of Surgical Services to join their team. Leadership experience within Surgical Services is required and candidates must have an RN license. The Director will report directly to the CEO and will have oversight of 5 OR's and 35 FTE's. The selected candidate will be rewarded with a generous base salary, relocation assistance and the option for a pension plan. This area is characterized by its close proximity to the Calcasieu Ship Channel and serves as a gateway to the Creole Nature Trail, a scenic byway known as "Louisiana’s Outback." Despite its heavy industrial roots, the community maintains a small-town atmosphere centered around its beloved high school sports teams and local parks.
