Weekday call: 5 pm – 8 pm; Saturday: 8 am – 4 pm; Sunday: 8 am – 1 pm
Dedicated 1:1 MA-to-provider ratio plus embedded behavioral health support
Physician mentorship program and access to leadership development institute
Academic affiliation with teaching and leadership development opportunities
Multi-disciplinary team including care managers, social workers, and behavioral health
Patient panel of 18 – 22 patients; telemedicine and patient self-scheduling available
Board-certified Internal Medicine required; DEA required
