Lead Psychologist Needed in California for a Full-Time Outpatient Position

Quick Facts

Lead role with 90% patient care and 10% admin and leadership responsibilities
Flexible schedule options including 4x10s or one remote day based on caseload
Provide evaluations, treatment planning, and evidence-based individual psychotherapy
Co-facilitate team meetings and serve as first point of contact for clinical concerns
Experience with chronic pain, brain injury, or PTSD strongly preferred
Training in CBT, MI, ACT, CPT, PE, or EMDR is highly desirable
California workers' compensation experience a plus
Doctoral degree and current California license required; minimum 3 years post-licensure experience
