  • Monday – Friday, fully outpatient schedule with no hospital rounding
  • Very light phone call shared among group; weekday evenings and weekend mornings only
  • Panel of 20 – 22 patients per day with 2.5 support staff per physician
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
  • Multidisciplinary team includes Behavioral Health, Care Managers, and Social Workers
