Low patient census with a maximum panel of 750 patients
Start at 6 – 10 patients per day, growing to 16 – 20 patients per day
Light call schedule: 1:15 rotation, 2 times per month and 4 weekends per year
Value-based care model with a focus on geriatric patient population
Health system-employed position with competitive compensation and benefits
Board-certified in Geriatric Medicine required; DEA required
Bilingual candidates strongly preferred
