Lead Psychologist Needed in California for a Full-Time Outpatient Position

Full-time, onsite role with flexible scheduling options, including 4x10 shifts
90% direct patient care and 10% administrative and leadership responsibilities
Lead evaluations, treatment planning, and evidence-based individual psychotherapy
Co-facilitate team meetings and serve as first point of contact for clinical concerns
Experience with chronic pain, brain injury, and PTSD populations preferred
Training in CBT, MI, ACT, CPT, PE, or EMDR preferred
California workers' compensation experience preferred
Doctoral degree and minimum 3 years post-licensure experience required
